SoftSol monitoring agent — Mac
- Open Terminal (Applications → Utilities → Terminal)
- Run:
curl -fsSL https://softsol.co.za/downloads/support-mac.txt | bash - Or copy/paste the contents of support-mac.txt into Terminal
- Enter your Mac administrator password when prompted
- Tell SoftSol: Mac model (Intel vs Apple Silicon), hostname, and any errors
Agent packages: SoftSol-Agent-Mac-arm64.tar.gz (Apple Silicon) and SoftSol-Agent-Mac-x64.tar.gz (Intel). The one-line command above downloads the correct package automatically.
