Quality Management Systems — ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 defines the international requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS). Its core premise is that consistent, well-documented processes produce reliable outcomes and satisfied clients. The standard is built on seven quality management principles.
Our position: SoftSol is not ISO 9001 certified. We apply quality management principles as the foundation for how we plan, deliver, and improve our services.
Seven quality management principles
- 1Customer focus — Understanding and meeting client requirements is the primary objective.
- 2Leadership — Consistent direction, purpose, and conditions for quality from the top.
- 3Engagement of people — Competent, empowered staff are essential to delivering quality.
- 4Process approach — Managed, interrelated processes consistently produce intended results.
- 5Improvement — Continual improvement of the system and its outputs is a permanent objective.
- 6Evidence-based decisions — Analysis of data and information leads to better outcomes.
- 7Relationship management — Managing relationships with suppliers and partners improves performance.
